Registration

If you would like to register...

• Please First call or email me to check availability.
• Read and fill out the registration packet. (can be printed here)
• Turn in the last 2 pages (enrollment form & release) of the registration packet, and the sign up fee, to me in person or by mail.

• Your child's spot is not secured until I receive these things.
• If you are on "My List" You will be the first ones notified (starting February 1st) that I am accepting Registration Forms for that year.
